        How do I wash it and will it shrink or lose its shape?

        Machine wash cold, lay flat to dry. The 88% polyester / 12% spandex blend is built to hold its shape wash after wash. Do not put it in the dryer on high heat — that's the only thing that will affect the fit. Most athletes wash it weekly throughout a full season with zero change in how it fits or looks
